Our store is centrally located between a number of large cities including Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Akron, Youngstown, and Erie.

  

Shipping:

It is our desire to process and ship your order as soon as possible. We also realize and want you to know that we are a small business with a limited number of employees to process all the orders we receive. Therefore we target between 2-7 days to process your order and hand off your packages to UPS Ground for shipment.

Currently UPS Ground is the only shipment provider we use for shipping our products.

Returns/Refunds:

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately and let us know of your concerns. After understanding your reasons for dissatisfaction, we'll guide you through our return process.

It is our policy to only accept returns for unwanted products within 10 days of the date of receipt. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the unwanted products to Greenville Tire. Returns will only be accepted with advance notification by phone or by email and consent from Greenville Tire. Without advanced notification and consent your return will not be accepted. If you fail to notify and return the products in question within 10 days of the date of receipt your return will not be accepted. After your return has been received and inspected by Greenville Tire your credit card will credited the amount of the products returned.

If for any reason your products have been damaged during shipping or use within 30 days of the date of receipt please notify us via email or phone and we'll work with you to replace your products and/or to provide you a credit.

Cancellations:

Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of the time of order submission. Cancellations can be requested by phone or email.
